Bummer. One thing comes to mind - read the combo instructions carefully. I have a safe with a S&G combo lock that requires a move to a hard stop AFTER the last number is dialed. Other than that a call to Treadlock is in order.

I have a treadlok and I think they are out of business. If your safe has a s&g lock (sargent and greenleaf) you can call them for help at 1-800-826-7652 or check out there site www.sglocks.com. Hope this will help.

Got the safe open thanks to Treadlok97. I emailed the lock manufacturer and they gave me instructions on how to get in.
