Old Shotgun Shells
I recently inherited some old shotgun shells and in the collection was some complete copper shotgun shells. They had 12 gauge on the base and a small emblem. The top was recessed and had a 3 (three) stamped on it. They looked like brass shells but were completely copper. I am trying to find out what they were used for and what is the value of them. Also would like to know if there is a publication out there that gives such information and where it might be purchased. Thanks in advance for any help that you fine people can give me.
Thanks again

I have several old full shotgun shell boxes in execellent condition. Is there a site to check if they have any collectable value?? These are 12, 16, 20 and 410 guages by several old, some out of business, manufacturers. 0 -
