model 1500 winchester part II

i got good info om my original posting on my winchester 1500 so heres a couple more questions; what are the main trouble spots with this gun? What yrs was the 1500 made? How bad did i get taken at $175 (20 gauge vent rib 26" barrel very nice shape)?

  YOU DID OK ON THE $$, THE MOST PROBLEMS I'VE NOTICED ARE THE PLASTIC FEED THROAT, THE EJECTOR, AND THE TRIGGER ASSY. WERE IT LOCKS INTO THE FEED THROAT. IF YOU KEEP THEM CLEAN AND DON'T SHOOT 1,000'S OF ROUNDS A YEAR THEY WORK OK.
