H&R self loading .32

Experts,

A friend of mine has this Harrington & Richardson Arms co. Worchester, Mass. USA 32 cal Self loading pistol.
He insists that it is valuable. Is he correct, or can I continue to tell him that sentimental value doen`t translate to real cash?

  You're right. I'm very sentimentally attached to my first gun, my old Stevens/Springfield Model 15 that I received as a Christmas present from my Dad and (reluctant) Mom when I was 13 years old.
  
  Unfortunately, in the ensuing 57 years, it hasn't appreciated enough to make me as rich and idle as I'd like to be! [:D]
  
  Anyway, you can tell your friend that the Blue Book says his H&R .32 selfloader is worth:
  
  98% - $305
  95% - $250
  90% - $195
  80% - $165
  70% - $140
  60% - $110

  In mint condition there is some interest by Webley collectors like me. These H&Rs were designed by Webley and there was pressure from that company that ensured the excellent quality of these pistols.

  Got a very nice one last year at a nearby gun show for $225. They surely show their Webley background. That's one of the appealing things about them to me.
