The Luger Forum www.lugerforum.com has a specific board devoted to 1900 Lugers. I would go their and read all the posts going back as far as you could. Also solicit the opinion of the members of the forum regarding the Luger you intend to buy, post pictures if possible. These guys are pros, many have collected Lugers for years. They will be all to happy to help you, avoiding the many pitfalls that ensnare the unwary in the Luger Jungle.
