W. Murad "Pointer" grips

Does anyone have any information on "Pointer" grips manufactured by W.Murad of San Carlos, CA or the company itself? Do these grips have any collector value? I believe this company was in business prior to WW2. Doug

    Hello I have a set for a HIGH STANDARD and a colt WOODSMAN I don't want to sell I have seen them in white and brown . The ones I have seen have a fancy pattern of small flowers . Are they collectable ??? IMHO yes but you have to find someone looking for them . Only old geezers know what they are as they have been out of BUS. for allmost 50 years. If you put up for auction at this site please email me thanks.

    Doug, I have 2 sets for a High Standard. One set is for a Mod.B and have a crack, the other set was bought to replace the ones on the B, but turned out to be for a Mod. 101. Both are white and have the oakleaf floral design, I have run across 2 sets that were brown. I don't know about collector value, but every pair I've seen were $50 or more. I have done an extensive search to find out what had happened to the company and the molds and came up with nothing. If you run across a set for a Mod. B, I want them!
    I just ran across these, Mine are rt. handed and white, but identical to these.

    Thanks for the info. I have a pair of these grips on a S&W non registered magnum. They also have a floral-leaf type design on them. FYI neither the grips or the revolver is for sale.
