ak trigger groups single/double
why do some ak's have different trigger groups. i have two different ak rifles one single one double hook. is there a reason why, money, performace, company choice. here is the qustion can a put a double hookin a rifle that has a single hook? when i put the two rifles next to each other i "no expert" can see why i couldn't. thanks

From what I've read on several AK build sites, the double hook set up is a suggested solution for people complaining for a trigger slap condition that is sometime experienced. 0 -
On your single hook rifle look at the receiver where the trigger goes through it, on the side of the hook there is a "slot" cut into the receiver, to use a double hook you would have to put a slot on the other side to. 0
