Sears Mod 21 20ga shotgun questions
I inherited a Sears Model 21 20 ga. shotgun that my father bought 40-50 years ago. The barrel is marked "SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO. MOD. 21 20 GA. 583.2079". I believe these were manufactured by J.C. Higgins/Hi-Standard. I know the monetary value on this is minimal, but the sentimental value is priceless. The trigger guard is broken completely in two at the trigger retaining pin. I've spent a great deal of time trying to locate a replacement trigger guard. Numrich doesn't have them in stock. Any information any of you have would be greatly appreciated.

All I can tell you is it was manufactured by High Standard (J.C. Higgins is a name and did not manufacture anything). It is essentially the High Standard model 200. Perhaps you can find a trigger guard for a 200. Good luck! 0 -
Would this be another J.C. Higgins recall shotgun[?]
