Whats the difference?

I am thinking about buying a 8mm mauser for shooting, hunting and just too have. Here's my question... what is the difference between

Also as with my Yugo SKS I got off the site (still working excelent), will I have to strip it down and take the globs of cosmoline off also?

  Can any of the experts tell me of any major differences between the cz-75,9mm.and the witness full size 9mm.? Trying to deciede between the two.THANKS, PAUL[?]
