  All it appears to be, is a recent S & W assembled PPK/s with "LASER" engraving and fancy laminated grips.
  
  All the big firearms manufacturers have been shucking & jiving the gun buying public with these phoney commemoratives and special editions since the 60's.
  
  Only way this so called "TIGER PPK/s" will be worth big bucks, in the far distant future is if it's made in very limited numbers,i.e. ( 100 +/- ) and it's kept in absolutely brand new unfired condition with original box and paperwork.
