LadySmith .357 M65 3"bbl

I am not seeing too many of these. Are they still being manufactured? Anyone have any experience with them, or would you recommend another 3" .357 over this one? Thanks.

  Spent...... The Smith model 65 ladysmith is a fine revolver. Production began on this model in 1992 and I believe they are still being made.
  
  I would prefer this model to some of their "J" frame 2" magnums. The "K" frame manages recoil better and the 3" barrel produces a little more velocity.

  If I'm not mistaken, the 65LS is still in production, but is not catalogued with the 60LS. My sister has one, and with the hogue grips it is very manageable, even with nuclear loads.
  
  It's easy to spot liberals-they are the ones who have no assets to protect and need every handout they can get. They have forbeyed themselves ascendence to a productive lifestyle.

  I usually see the Lady Smiths in .38 special only.
  By the way, if you were to choose between a 2" or 3" barrel in
  357 mag, go with the 3", you'd be surprised how much more Velocity
  you actually get. With 2", not all the powder has burned.

  Any reason you're looking for a LadySmith instead of just a 3in. M65 or M13? These might be a bit cheaper and easier to find, but are still basically the same gun.
  
  I've owned a couple and am a big fan of a 3in. barrel on the K frame. It gives a full length extractor rod (very important), better balance/longer sight plane than the snubby and produces velocities closer to those of a 4in. than a 2.5. As a matter of fact, the 3in. M13 was, and may still be on a limited basis, the FBI issue revolver.
  
  IMHO, when it comes to a revolver you should stick with S&W K frame for a carry gun. They're like the small block Chevy of the revolver world. They have a long established reputation for reliability, they have an efficient design, parts are widely available and there are lots of folks with experience at working on them.
