I HAVE A REMINGTON 513-T MATCHMASTER THAT I ACQUIRED SEVERAL YEARS AGO. IT CAME WITH THE REDFIELD PEEP SIGHTS AND THE MICRO CLICK MOUNTS FOR A SCOPE, BUT NO SCOPE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT KIND OF SCOPE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WITH IT. MABY WHERE I CAN FIND ONE.

I am not sure if by micro click mounts you are talking about the ring assembly that holds the scope or just the male dovetail blocks that are on the receiver and barrel. If you have the ring assembly, which is doubtful, you would have to get a scope with a tube size to match the ring assembly. If you just have the blocks you need one of the old type target scopes. These came in 6X up to maybe 36X. Most frequently seen powers are 10X up to 20X. Do a search on the internet auctions under Litschert, Fecker, Lyman, Unertl and Bausch and Lomb. Be prepared for sticker shock.

i have both of the scope rings. they are both micro click adj. the rifle has both of the lugs dove tailed into the barrel and receiver. the rings both slip onto these lugs and tighten down to these.

Normally only the rear ring has the micro click adjustments. I suppose the scope could be mounted with two rear type rings. Only the rear one would be used for sight adjustments. I believe you find one bearing point under the adjustment knob and two other spring loaded bearing points. Most of these target scopes have 3/4" tubes but some have 7/8" and a few 1". I don't think the ring assembly for a 3/4" would handle a 7/8" but am not sure. Most all these scopes come with the ring assembly. If you can find one at auction w/o ring assembly, you will probably be able to get a good buy. I would suggest a Lyman Targetspot or Jr. Targetspot would be appropriate for your rifle.

1st off you can only own one of these puppies if you already have all the rest of the 500 series rifles, like i do. If not you probably should box it up and send it to me asap before you get you butt in trouble with the FHSROA.

I hate the death penalty, gladiator fighting was much more civilized, at least you give them a sporting chance to live a little longer and take a lot of load off the Governor and Supreme Court

It kinds of souds like you have the rear mounts for tube style target scopes or tube sights. They ain't going to do you much good. The scopes that Herschel listed will all come with mounts when you buy one. To put the mounts on one of these scopes require the disasembly of the scope. And don't do that.

Sell them to me. I have an Al Freeland tube scope that doesn't have a rear adjustable mount. Who know's, maybe one of your mounts may have been mated to my sight once apon a time. geo22cal@netzero.com
