I have a question that mat be amaeteur, but in CA it seems these are not legal, what is the story with that? I live in FL so it is not big deal, but just curious

CA has a "drop test" among other requirements for handguns to be allowed to be sold.
The guns are submitted by the manufacturer to the CDOJ (I think) for testing (along with a check).
AMT is not on the list. They may be illegal in a few other states.
You could post it on the "Auction" portion of the GB site, with a clear disclaimer for the buyer to be aware of their state laws and not to bid on the firearm if it is illegal for them to own it in their state (or otherwise). Plus, you have to ship to an FFL.
Costs the buyer will incur, which are factored into their decision to buy your gun, are shipping and FFL transfer costs for them to receive it. You might want to make them aware that their FFL would be receiving the handgun from a private individual, unless you plan to ship from an FFL. Some FFLs do not accept shipment from individuals (or prefer not to, and make it difficult).
A $175 gun would cost a person an additional $50 or so, maybe more.
Listing it at the minimum you will accept, with good pictures, is a start. You can always lower the price or sell locally.0 -

Odd you should ask. I just bought one this weekend at a local gunshow. It was close to new condition but had no box or other accessories. It was a "private sale" which to some folk, carries a bit of an additional value, no use in letting everyone know how many or what sort of guns you have. Of course, private sales are not legal in all states, especially for handguns. The previous owner happened to be another forum member here. He indicated that some of the early ones had trouble with anything but ball ammo, but this one worked fine with the hollowpoint ammo he fed it. We will see. I paid $200 for it, in looking through gunbroker listings, it seems prices range from $150 to $250, as already stated. But for those who buy them on auction here, of course, there is additional shipping and, if you are not an FFL, the FFL transfer fee. So even buying one on gunbroker auction, after all is said and done, the price will be close to $200 even if you get a good deal. I like the compact features, the indication from the selling end was it was too heavy for an ankle gun, and he bought a kel-tec .380. Personally, I like the stainless, low maintenance aspect, weight on the ankle isn't a big factor to me. Seems like a plenty of power for the size of package it's in. It can be sold in California in "person to person" sale. It cannot be sold by a dealer unless it is on the list.
