American Arms ?????

I am wondering if American Arms is still a company. If so what is their website or a place to find their guns. I have a friend who has a 20 Gauge o/u and am trying to find out a rough value and if they still make them. I am not sure what model it is, but is is like new. Sorry so vague he has no idea on guns and can't give me any more info

  American Arms made about 19 different O/U shotguns, 9 of which were available in 20ga.
  
  The values of these guns differ quite a bit, $400 to about $1500, so without more details I cannot give you an accurate value.

  If your talking about the American Arms located in Kansas City, they went belly up in the late 90's.
  
  All their shotguns were imported, although they did assemble handguns.
  
  Problem is they brought in a lot of different models in various price ranges. Best thing to do would be to post some pictures and give all specific markings/proofs on the shotgun. Somebody MIGHT? be able to identify it.
