argentine colt systema 22

a friend has one of these arsenal refurb 22's with two clips that is in great shape, excellent grips good blueing over some very fine pitting on slide....shoots good...comparable to gb item# 29415150....what would be the value or fair price for us to come together....item listed above is the only reference i have found so far.......thanks
