I'am looking for the lower band for this rifle, any ideas of sites that sell this parts?

  Try Gun Parts Corp., they have Mauser parts up the Gazoo. Lower band shouldn't be a problem UNLESS? it has to be specifically from a Model 1909 Argentine Mauser, then it might be a matter of luck.
