Rare Knife Value

I just got this at an auction. Its in new condition.

Blade marked "HACKMAN FINLAND STAINLESS" and under that "TAPIO WIRKKALA" on the sheath it has a bear paw print.

What have I got and what is it worth?

  I read somewhere that one it mint condition could bring up to $400.
