Does anyone know of a wholesale source for the PA-63, or has that supply dried up?

I bought mine in the last 5 months, will have to ask the the guy at the gunshop where I bought it (not mine) where he got it.
Will check RSR's new catalog for you tomorrow.

Some six months to a year ago, they use to sell from the "big guys" for $89 to $99 each. I would consider that wholesale.
