Where can I find a source to get some 25 Gibbs casings for reloading ?????

I believe the Gibbs were mostly based on 30-06 cases blown out.

Yep, take a 30-06 or 35 Whelan case and size it in the 25 Gibbs die.
The "false shoulder" thats formed on the neck is what will support the case during the fireforming process. Pistol powder & Cream of Wheat with a TP or wax plug at the top is a popular (and inexpensive) methiod of fireforming brass. Don't worry if you don't get fully formed corners, as long as you have enough shoulder to provide good headspace control for the first full power loading.
Now, Rocky used a hydraulic forming tool to form cases, he applied pressure to the inside of the case until it filled out the forming die (left the corners a little rounded, but they'd sharpen up on the first firing).
Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.0 -
