J Stevens 24 ga.

I`m looking at buying an old J Stevens 24 gauge single shot shotgun .It is in vg condition. I can`t find any information on this gun.Anybody have an idea what it might be worth?

  Unless your a collector of Stevens firearms, and/or have a source for INEXPENSIVE 24 gauge shells? All it is,is a wallhanger. It's hard enough selling single shot shotguns in gauges that are available, let alone a 24 gauge. I personnaly wouldn't give more then $50, even then it would have to be factory original, in very good condition or better.
