The Star BM's are, and unless the Makarov is late production, it should be as well. General rule of thumb...if the MAk was made in Bulgaria, it's likely not eligible.

Only the military versions of the Mak are C&R, and only those from Russia and East Germany. Neither Chinese nor Bulgarians are C&R.

I haven't seen any BM's listed in Shotgun News as C&R. Who has them??
