what is it worth
My wife is looking to own her first handgun and a friend of mine has a 380 ACP that he'll sell me and I need to know what it is worth. It is made by Interarms and is the Astra Constable model in 380 ACP it is blued and engraved it is made in Spain and is NIB never been fired. This gun is probably 25 years old or so. What is it worth?

24 FOOT BARREL? 0 -
Model 1889, 55,119 were made, of which 508 had half octagon barrels Total serial number range approximately 25,000-100,000. The only premiums I find listed in various value books are for the 30" musket barrel (300%-500%), for the carbine with 15" or 20" barrel(25%) and for .44-40 caliber (15%) Most were .44, .38, & .32. None lists half octagon, half round barrel as carrying a premium. Value, of course, depends largely upon condition. 0
