HELP! "Frozen" sight adj. screw,S&W 41

I give up! The elevation screw on my S&W 41 won't budge! I soaked it in Break Free for 2 days but that didn't help. I tapped lightly with a plastice mallet hoping to free it, with no luck. Open to any ideas before I turn this over to my gunshop.

  You may want to use more of a penetrating oil such as Kroil or Marvel Mystery Oil. Also, it may help to firmly seat a screw driver in the head of the screw and then sharply tap the screwdriver. Using a screwdriver with a handle designed for tapping or a metal handled screw driver is best ...
