    It's awfully difficult to tell exactly what you have there....or what your question is. If you plan to auction it, start it at $1 with no reserve, & the high bid will be the "best price". You might want to check the completed auctions to see how similar guns are described. Be sure to check your spelling; anyone doing a search on "Garand" will not see yours if you spell it "Garland".

    Be sure to take a lot of high quality close-ups of every part of the rifle. If you post a few, & offer to email the rest to anyone requesting them, that will work. Be sure to show close-ups of all markings, such as the serial # & barrel date. If all your camera can do is take dark photos from 6' away, either buy a new camera or don't expect to get much for it.
