CZ52 in 9MM C&R Eligible?

I know that normally a CZ-52 is a C&R eligible pistol but what if its in 9mm. Does that change anything? Thanks to all in advance!

  Yes, that changes everything; the CZ52 in 9mm is not a C&R.

  Because the ATF says so:
  
  "Czechoslovakian, CZ52 pistol, cal. 7.62mm."
  
  My guess is that this is because the CZ52 is a military surplus firearm, & ATF regs state that, in order to be classified as a C&R, a military firearm must be in it's "issue configuration". Any alteration to such a firearm makes it subject to FFL transfer only if leaving the state.
