S&W New Revolver Locks, Are They Trouble?

Has anyone heard of the New S&W internal revolver locks locking up by themselfs while shooting them?

  Can you imagine the litigation if someone were killed because this kind of lock malfunctioned & the gun wouldn't fire? You can bet that S&W designed this safety to be "bullet proof", as did all other major manufacturers who have incorporated this feature.
