what is the # designation of a 45acp sig?
i know the designations have changed over the years, but if i wanted a sig in 45acp, what is it these days? i want the older model # that is closest to the old 226 9mm as far as set up and function and the new # if it has changed. thanks in advance.

My Sig 45ACP came in a blue cardboard box and is designated as a 220. 0 -

You're welcome. If I am not mistaken, at one time, the 220 was also available in other calibers, at least in Europe. 0 -

The P220 was made in 9mm 38super and 45acp. [8D]
