H & R Handy-gun?

Do these guns need to be transferred with a class 3 dealer? Are they AOW?

  not sure i understand what kind of gun you are asking about. aren't they a single shot rifle? May need to draw me a picture. [:D]

  ok i did some checking on my c&r web page and found what i think you are asking about. I don't recognize the abbreviation AOW however the list shows they are C&r eligable if this helps
