Mark Christian Handy-gun?

Hi Mark, thanks for the info. You sort of lost me, if a pesron has a C&R. Their would be no need for a class 3 dealer? What I was trying to find out, their is a auction coming up. They have one on the auction list. I know the auctioneer doesn't have a class 3 FFL. Just wondering what I would be looking at if I bought the gun.
