ohio s.k.s. laws?
Does anyone know the actual laws regarding rifles like s.k.s.?
I called one local Clark Co. dealer and they said no restrictioins on detachable mag size no restriction on folding stock, and no restriction on having a boyonet. Then I was at another dealer trying to buy a 10 round detachable mag and he said you can't use any size detachable mags or have a folder legaly at all.
who's right?

Download the OH chapter of "State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms" (ATF P5300.5) from the ATF website. Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, & Cincinnati all have their own ordinances. You're going to have to figure out which laws affect you.
Or, contact the state Attorney General's office or the state police; you may even be able to find a website by one of them with firearms laws.
