SKS Spring Problem
Hey guys, worked on the Chinese sks today to get it cleaned up, and i was putting it back together.... and a short spring poped out.. i'm thinking it came out of the trigger assembly... could be the sear spring but i'm not sure.. :-/ i was looking at the specs and i cant tell where the sear spring is exactly.. I'll post pictures tomorrow.. but any input would be greatly apperciated. From what i can tell the sear spring is in the front of the trigger assembly and i'm looking at it right now and there appears to be a latch and a spring so it may not be the sear spring.. but anyways I'll post pics of the spring tomorrow to see if that helps.

Nevermind guy's i figured it out, it's the spring which attaches to the stock of the rifle and pressed against the trigger assembly.. Just looked at my manual and figured it out.. now.. as for reattaching it.. any suggestions? 0 -
It doesn't attach; just push it into the hole in the stock. If it's loose jam some wood putty in the sides of the hole.
