Desert Eagle Grip Removal
I have Hogue rubber grips with finger grooves on my D.E. .50 AE. Does anyone know how to remove these grips? The factory manual refers to the factory grips and I do not have the instructions for the Hogues. Thanks. Lee

That's easy. Unscrue both sides and stick your finger ( or a tool ) in the mag well and pop them loose from the inside ( allot of elbow grease required ) or, if you want to do it "backwood" style, put a scrue driver in the back of the grips and pry them apart crow-bar style.
The little synthetic bracket inside may also take a bit of elbow grease, but it comes out in an obvious and up front way.
