Henri Pieper was a well known Belgian Gunmaker in business between the 1860's and the early 1900's. "BAYARD" with knight on the horse was his trademark. During his years in business he made many types of sporting/hunting also military firearms. Your 22 was just one of his many products. It's value would depend on condition and collector demand.
