S&W model 27...what's it worth ?
I have a S&W model 27, .357 mag. with 7 7/8" barrel & it came in the presentation case.
bought it new about 20 some years ago and fired 1 box of shells thru it, and then stuck it in my gun safe...any idea what it's worth now days?

Model 27's sell around here in the $450-500 range without the box. Sounds like yours would go higher.

Measure the barrel from the front of the cylinder to the end of the barrel it should measure 8 and 3/8"s.Give the serial number except the last two numbers and someone will tell you when it was made.[:)]
