AR15 Trigger Pull

Is is possible to polish and stone the trigger surfaces to give a reasonably acceptable letoff on an AR15. I have been trying to find instructions for this procedure and it seems that most of the fixes involve after marked match triggers. It seems reasonable that the appropriate mating surfaces could be polished to give a very acceptable letoff. Has anyone tried this? Hlouie

  You could try polishing the surfaces, it might help a little. Poor triggers in AR's are usually from poor kits. An aftermarket trigger is your best bet.
