Of course this is pure opinion but.... It is a reliable shooter, that being said mine was a gift and I personally don't like it, due to the trigger and just the general feel of the pistol. But there are people out there that love them. I perfer a sig or beretta. But there are nothing wrong with them, mine feeds fine and has never failed to go bang when the hammer falls.[:D]

I don't like the trigger, cut off my trigger finger
and had it reattached 40 some years ago, and have a hard time
with more than a few rounds double action. usually carry 1911
just wanted a reliability report before I trade for i. thanks

I think the taurus 24/7 is a newer variation, but Guns & Ammo couldn't seem to say enough good about the 24/7. Not sure what the difference is since I've not handled a Tauras for awhile. They had some quality problems years ago, not function, just sort of rough on the interior, ect., but the last 3 or 4 years, they seem to have really gotten their act together, and darn it, seem to be giving all the makers a run for their money.
