I'm doing this from memory, so some of you guys cut me some slack. There were three different smoothbores.

There is a Routledge that was a special order. The Mo-Skeet-O falls in this slot. 121A's

    Standard smooth bore. 121SB

Loewi bore that was opened up for skeet. 121 Skeet? (skeetrap) Rifle

Remington marked rifles as Rouledge and as Mo-Skeet-O. They were the same bore. The Mo was sold over the counter, where as Rout was a special order from the factory. Quanities of which ones were produced is a question. Maybe Roy Marcot will answer a bunch of questions that Remington 22 collectors have when his new book comes out soon.

The 121S is a 22 Remington Special (W.R.F.) and not a smooth bore.

This is my edit. After checking my list I don't have a Mo-Skeet-O in my collection. If you get more send me an e-mail.
