FTF Industries
Has anyone else had problems with FTF industries? They sell on gunbroker. I paid my money they sent me the wrong product. I sent it back and NO REFUND for me? They completely avoid my calls and emails. What should I do?[:(!]

I ordered a threaded barrel and fake supressor from them and finally got a response after threatening to use gunbroker's problem resolution services. They have quite a few negative feedback comments. The response I finally got from them was arrogant and accusatory. They said I did not know how to use my spam blocker, Which is absurd. They are finally sending the part I ordered after nearly three weeks. I will never do business with them again. 0 -
Funny you guys should bring them up, I was just looking at one of their auctions, and I looked at their feedback; 101 negatives. I could understand that because they have a very large number of total sales. However what I could not understand is the rudeness of FTF's responses. He claimed everyone was an idiot. Most of the negatives that I read involved poor communication. This is probably a guy who cannot deal with people, so he is able to hide on the internet, and make sales without people having to deal with him face to face. GB will hopefully get rid of people like this. 0 -
The newest response to me was they get "most" of the stuff sent out. I guess I was one of the few to get screwed. Buyer beware of FTF! 0
