Colt 1911 magazines w Lanyard Loop

What is the value of Colt 1911 .45 ACP magazines with lanyard loops? I understand that a few variations were made. Is there a Colt Forum?

There is a 1911/1911A1 forum on Culver's Shooting Page. Go to <www.jouster.com> then click on the forum you want to visit. You may have to type in the URL. I don't follow the 1911 forum there but do follow the 1902 Springfield forum and some very expert people can give you advice and answers there. I feel sure an equally expert group follow the 1911 forum.

Hello there were at least 4 varations #1 all blue #2 tempered 1 inch down #3 tempered to magazine catch slot and #4 thru ??? with key hole slot in rear wall and rounded corners on upper end or rear wall . last one made to equip pistol 125566 shiped 1916. #4 most money but beware of fakes. all should have Pinned bottoms "PRAISE THE HARDBALL GUN"

Hello hard to pin it down unless I could look at it Min. note Min. $100.00 in good shape much higher if new in the wraper a 90% is worth twice a 75% if you get my drift."PRAISE THE HARDBALL GUN"
