I have a Belgium made A5 light weight made in 1968. If I wanted to get another Belgium barrel for it would it have to be off a light weight gun or will any barrel of that age fit? It is a 12 ga. Also can I put a 20 ga. barrel on it? What is the shortest barrel with poly choke they made? What is the barrel marking on a gun that is factory poly choke? *,**,***,****
Thanks for any and all help with these questions?

The asterisk was Browning's code for full choke.

Sorry but I don't know what an anarchy A looks like. Would it be in a dictionary? I found a Browning auto 5 pictured with a factory polychoke in the 1942 Shooter's Bible. I could find nothing that suggested how to identify if the polychoke was from the factory. I would think that lack of any choke code on the barrel would suggest it came with the polychoke.
