Simplest would be to replace the rear sight with a forward (or "scout") mount and a long eye relief (pistol) scope.
The other way requires making up a side mount off the receiver and replacing the bolt handle with one that has a 90deg bend (there are kits available that have all the pieces included)

Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.

As stated, B Square makes a mount that installs on the rear sight frame. That's the cheapest and easiest way - no gunsmithing or drilling/tapping of the action.

Advanced Technology make the one that mounts to the top of the receiver. This mount requires drilling the receiver. Comes with the bits, tap, bent handle, screws & instructions. The bolt handle is held on with a screw also. I have seen them welded & it looks good. The hard part is getting the mount squared up on top of the receiver & clamped in place.
