Are M1 Garand's legal in CA?
I have a customer that won one on one of my auctions and they're from CA. Are stock garands legal there?

no pistol grip.....
no detachable magazine - technically true... the enbloc clip is exactly that, a clip... much like a stripper clip. The magazine is an enclosed space for holding ammunition, however it is located inside the gun.0
