NcStar scopes
Any feed back on these scopes? Tight budget so price is important. Was looking at the 6-24x50 for a 22/250 varmint rifle.

I bought an NC Scope during the Machine Gun shoot at Knob Creek last year. It is a good looking scope and lights up green and red reticle, the problem is that it doesn't hold zero very well on my AR. Makes the rifle look good, but doesn't shoot very good groups.... So if looks are important to you and you don't care if you hit the target or not, buy it. Other wise spend a little more for a scope that works.... 0 -
I like the scopes for small cal. guns with little recoil. have one on a 22 hornet and on a 22 mag. Tried on on a 30-06 not good. not worth poo on large guns. 0 -
Yes, they are cool looking scopes, but the zero changed with every round fired. It's in the "garage sale" box now. I now have an IOR VALDADA M2. I learned an important lesson about getting what you pay for. 0 -
I bought one for my son's .22 rifle. It refused to sight-in.

I've got the one your mentioning on a Mosin M44 with a scout mount, 300+ rounds and no problems yet... Fluke???? Seems ok to me..
