First, you shouldn't put them in an AK, as the gun is not designed for such extended periods of firing. MAK-90 will take it, but an AK won't, even though they use the same mags.

If you still want it, try the sponsor here, or gunclipdepot.com

    pitbud5,

didn't you ask this same question a few days ago?

Maybe that was not you. but you can find 100 drums on gb auctions on occasions. be ready to lay out 125+ bucks. Why you would want one, I can't fathom.

It is better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

This picture of my SAR1 & 75rd drum is old

but you want to get yourself a Chinese 75rd drum. The Chinese Drums can be left completely loaded with no spring tension at all. When you need it all you do is wind it up. The Romanian drums are a PITA to load and are under constant spring tension.

Seems both kinds are running from $80 Romanian to $125 Chinese. I paid $125 for my chinese drum a year or so ago. Bought mine from www.krebscustom.com I don't know if Krebs still has any but it may be worth giving them a call.

My SAR1 AK takes it just fine, no need to get a MAK 90. Asking someone why they need a drum is as dumb as asking someone why they need a gun!!

I found a few Chinese Drums here on GB

I could see putting your highest Bid at $150.

Edit: Just noticed that you are in IL, not sure if you ever make it up to the Northern IL area but The Outdoorsman in Winthrop Harbor IL has a Chinese drum sitting in their case for $100.
