aftermarket barrel ar-15

anybody know of a site i can go to te get an aftermarket bull barrel only. preferably between 20 and 24 inches im thinking about an ar-15 project. any suggestion? (i would like to keep the over all price under $1000) for use on varmints and local match shooting
