1in8 turn and light bullets

I am in the process of buying a rra upper in .223 it has a 1in8 turn im wondering what it will do with 62 and 55grn bullets. will they be too light for the twist? I would like to buy the cheaper surplus ammo for plinking at 2-300yds and fedral match ammo 69grn for when i really want to see what it will do. what do you guys think?

  I think by now there's a lot of data on that.
  Ar15.com should be able to give you the straight poop on the 1 in 8 twist and so will Olympic Arms.
  A few years back, it was said this was the ideal pitch but that may have changed.

  they will be fine in an 8 twist.
  
  why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
