why does a person get blacklisted by g b ?

If you review the little tab under the gold bullet in the upper left corner of this site it has the posting guidelines for use of the forums. If you break the guidelines in an manner deemed as over the line, they may ban you. There is no "black list" that I can see, if someone got booted they probably deserved it. Just read the rules of conduct, obey them and you will not have problems. This is a wonderful FREE service offered by the owners of GB. They deserve respect for it.
