ruger .223 all weather availability

has anybody seen a second hand .223 ruger. it must be stainless and synthetic and hav the "all weather heavier stock" or "skeletal stock" or the "clip on stock". many people seem to call it a number of different names yet the gun is a model77 mk2. yet some m77 mk2 ruger's do not hav this kind of stock but the "full" synthetic stock. i no that they have stopped making this stock from the .22lr up. they still make these skeletal stocks in 17hmr and 22lr. weird. why not in .223cal. does anybody no??? thanks!! any info is a help!![:D]
