    Question would like to put rifle sights on a mod 12 16ga.This gun shoot's good with a bead thought it would make it better by putting sights on it.Want to use as a slug gun.Was told the barrel is to thin on the end to put on front sight on .I was told to put a scope on it would make it better. anyone have any idea's on this.

    Is it a rebuild or originaly parked gun..Original parked trench guns have a poorly finished recveiver with a lot of machine marks showing through the parked finish, reparked guns have much smoother finished receivers

    not reparked milling marks show and some cosmoline remains
