NYS legal FAL
I bought an FAL (R1A1) from a guy in ID. I live in NY. The gun gets to my FFL and he tells me he has to see if it is NYS legal. Anybody know what he is talking about? Flash hider? Pistol grip? Who knows NYS laws here?
I assume it is a kit gun, R1A1 on an Imbel receiver. The guy I bought it from does a lot of internet business and he says it's legal. I haven't been abe to get ahold of my FFL.

If you punch in NYS GUN LAWS on your search you can read it for yourself. Basically Ny still has the law that mirrors the clinton ban that expired. The gun with alot of PREBAN features would have to have been made PRE94 to come to us. It stinks 0
